2026 Calendar Meeting

Meeting to plot / confirm the 2026 calendar. To include all sailing activities (including visiting rally dates) and social functions. Attendees are RC House, Sailing Sec, General Committee Member and head caterer. RC House is welcome to extend the invite to other sub-committee members to attend; e.g Bar Steward. RC House will chair the meeting.

Actions prior to meeting - Sailing Sec to have plotted all racing and Club rally dates and RC House to have the Social Secs dates.

Note Factors when plotting visiting rally weekend dates are:- Weekends when MYC have a rally away is favourable as it provides business for the caterer for what would potentially be a quiet Sat night. - Choosing a weekend of neap tides allows better use of the inner pontoons to accommodate the extra numbers. - GC Member is responsible for plotting OOD duties on the calendar and advertising for volunteers against each rally.
