Bar Steward's Update

Hi All

The Bar will be open from Friday 31 July from 8pm

To comply with government requirements and for your protection and that of the bars helpers, its has been necessary to introduced a set of clubhouse rules as follows

Welcome back to the clubhouse. Due to Corvid-19 and Government requirements the club has had to introduce new house rules. Adhere to them for the safety of yourself and others.

Symptoms

If you feel unwell and/or experience any Corvid- 19 symptoms, please do not visit the club and follow the Government Guidelines

On Arrival

Log in, in the book provided stating your name, time of arrival and the number in your group.

If there are no free tables available inside, you will need to remain outside.

Logging in is to assist the NHS Track and Trace should there be a problem.

Sanitising

Sanitise your hands on arrival and throughout your visit to the club.

Remain Seated

Remain seated during your visit unless you are visiting the toilet or purchasing drinks at the Bar.

STANDING IN THE CLUBHOUSE OR AT THE BAR EXCEPT WHEN PURCHASING DRINKS IS NOT PERMITTED

Social Distancing

The clubhouse is set out to comply with social distancing requirements. Please respect this.

The maximum permitted individual group size inside is 6 Persons from 2 different households or 6 persons from separate households outside.

Signage

The clubhouse has a one-way system for your protection. Enter through the main door, exit through the side emergency exit. Follow the signs in accordance with what they state

Service

One person per group will be permitted at the bar to make purchases. Queue away from the bar where indicated. Adhere to social distancing for your, others and the bar helper's welfare.

Payment

Only Contactless Card payments will be accepted

Families

Children should remain seated during your visit to the club, except when visiting the toilet.

Dogs

Please ensure your dog is always kept on a short lead and under control

Furniture

The tables and chairs have been set out to follow government Social distancing guidelines.

DO NOT MOVE THE FURNITURE

Occupancy

If there are no free tables in the clubhouse you will be required to remain outside on the tables provided. When busy please keep you visit as short as possible to allow others to use the facilities.

Toilet

Only one person is permitted in a toilet at any time

On Departure

Clear your table of all bottles, cans, etc and place in the bins provided. Return glasses to the collection point, Clean the table and chairs with the cleaning materials provided. Log your time of departure in the register.

FINALLY,

Respect your bar helpers. The bar can only reopen thanks to them, they have given up their time so you can enjoy your visit.

Please adhere to the to permit the clubhouse to remain open.

The range of product has been reduce to prevent wastage or for the protection of Bar helpers

The clubhouse will be open at the following times and will be reviewed frequently

Tuesday 12pm - 2pm

Wednesday 8pm - 11pm

Friday 8pm - 11pm

Saturday 12pm - 3pm

Sunday 12pm - 3pm
